Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- For exchanges related to customers not liking the ordered pieces and wanting to make a different selection, the shipping cost of the exchange order must be borne by the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
- Customers must shoot a clear unboxing video when they receive the order. All damage claims will only be considered when accompanied by the unboxing video.
- Notes for unboxing video: Start by showing the outer packaging from all angles (360 degrees) to ensure there are no cuts or tears, ruling out tampering.
Refunds for Damaged Products
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at meraha2023@gmail.com.
